Roy is my sister's father in law and our family has been blessed to have some of his woodwork in our home. Thank you Jo Ann with LOVE from the entire Giovannetti Family, Jan, Jim, Kim, Vince Charlie & Carolyn To the entire Hobbs Family, may God's peace and loveassist you all to know that Jo Ann is indeed in a better place and you will all be comforted. She was a terrific wife, mother and person in ALL aspects of her life and I will never forget her words of wisdom she passed on to Jan and me when we were struggling with a very personal issue at home. I do not say this in a boasting way but to recognize the reinforcement that kids got at home and in some of their classrooms. Her recitals were deadlines that taught self discipline and mental toughness! Her lessons were life skills applicable to all phases of our children's lives and I am proud to say they are all extremely successful. She taught so much more than music! She taught preparation, practice, mental preparedness and appreciation.
I never considered her a piano teacher but as more of a Piano Coach. She was extremely invested in the development of our children's lives. To the entire Hobbs Clan, we were all devastated by the news of Jo Ann's passing.
